Signal Architect — Systems Thinker — First Principles Operator

I Separate Signal
From Noise.

For founders and operators at 7–8 figures who are buried in complexity, spending on the wrong things, and need someone who can see the whole board. I simplify the system, find the real constraint, and build what actually moves the needle.

Who I Am

Not a vendor.
Not a consultant.
A problem solver.

I've spent 15 years building, scaling, and selling businesses across SaaS, e-commerce, direct response, and enterprise technology. Scaled a brand to $3M/month in 90 days. Managed eight figures in ad spend. Built and exited before 27.

The through-line: most businesses are drowning in noise and solving the wrong problem. I cut through the complexity, find the one thing that actually matters, and build the system around it.

How I Help

The Four Traps

Every business I work with is stuck in one of four situations. There's always a primary trap—and it's almost never where the owner is looking.

01
The Visionary Without a Right Hand
"Nobody gets what I'm trying to build."
A thinking partner who can translate vision into something executable. I map the machine, direct the build, and become the integrator you don't have.
02
The Operator on a False Premise
"This is just how our business has to work."
Someone trusted enough to name the story and challenge it without it getting personal. I show what's true and build the alternative.
03
The Constrained Founder
"I need to do more things to break through."
A constraint audit. One real bottleneck removed beats ten marginal improvements. I apply Theory of Constraints: find the one thing, focus everything there first.
04
The Builder Without a Machine
"We just need more leads, better ads, more content."
An attention architecture: offer, system, and channel working as one engine. I design the full stack and wire attention to conversion to retention.

What I Build

The diagnostic always
comes first.

The engagement depends on the trap. Sometimes it's a full marketing engine. Sometimes it's a custom web app. Sometimes it's wiring AI into an existing operation.

Dear Overwhelmed Founder Struggling with a Marketing or Technology Problem,

I know what it feels like to have more ideas than hours, more tools than clarity, and more people telling you what to do than people actually helping you do it.

I grew up in Buffalo watching my parents run a small business out of a blue-collar household. They figured things out. They kept moving when times were tight. That shaped everything about how I work.

I launched my first business at 21. Sold a physical product company at 27. Built a direct response agency managing eight figures in ad spend across 100+ brands. Did a stint at Facebook—left because the machine moved too slow. Scaled Prime Bites to $3M/month in 90 days as CMO. Built four SaaS tools, advise two startups, and co-founded an IT firm serving Western New York.

The thread across all of it: I find the one thing that actually matters, cut everything else away, and build the system around it. If you're tired of guessing, spending on the wrong things, and getting advice from people who've never built anything—we should talk.

Here to help you cut through the noise,

How I Think

The Philosophy Stack

01
Signal Over Noise
Every business is drowning in data, opinions, and tactics. The first job is cutting through all of it to find what actually matters. One real insight beats a hundred reports.

02
First Principles Thinking
Strip away inherited assumptions. What is actually true about this customer, this offer, this market? Build only from what holds up under pressure, not what everyone else is doing.

03
Constraint Theory
Every system has one bottleneck that determines throughput. Find it. Fix it. Everything else is noise until that constraint is resolved. One unlock beats ten optimizations.

04
Systems Architecture
Design before building. Org, tech stack, marketing engine, data flows—everything as an interconnected system. No isolated tactics. Every piece compounds with every other piece.

05
Attention as a Compounding Asset
Attention isn't a campaign. It's an asset that compounds when your offer, distribution, and customer intelligence are wired into one machine. Build it once, let it run.
